6. Double Feature! I Carry You With Me (Te llevo conmigo) & Red Peony Gambler 3: The Hanafuda Match (Hibotan bakuto: Hanafuda shōbu)

This week, I joined Niamh in Chicago and we went to an actual movie theater to see I Carry You With Me! It attempts to blend documentary and narrative filmmaking in ambitious ways that we didn't necessarily love, but got a really good discussion out of it. Then we moved on to talk about our regularly scheduled movie night movie, Red Peony Gambler 3: The Hanafuda Match. Now that's one hell of a movie.
